Dukkah is originally an Egyptian mix of warming spices, seeds and nuts and served with bread and olive oil for dipping. We have put a slight twist on it here and made it with our gluten free muesli.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 cupTe Atatu Toasted Gluten Free Muesli Blend (remove the sultanas)
Method:
Dry fry the seeds and flakes in a fry pan then grind with a mortar and pestle (or a clean coffee grinder) and the salt and Te Atatu Toasted Gluten Free Muesli and lightly grind.
Enjoy with fresh bread (we’ve used our Gluten Free bread) and a dish of your favourite olive oil for dipping.
