This Dukkah is delicious, it's made with our Gluten Free Muesli and if you have a Thermomix the recipe is even easier following the recipe below.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 cupTe Atatu Toasted Gluten Free Muesli Blend (I remove the sultanas)
Thermomix method:
Place fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and chilli flakes into the mixing bowl and dry roast 6 min/120°C/speed 1, without measuring cup. Allow to cool for 20 minutes using the Thermomix timer.
Once cooled, place the measuring cup on and chop Turbo/1 sec/2-3 times or until a fine consistency is achieved.
Add salt and Te Atatu Toasted Gluten free muesli into mixing bowl and chop Turbo/0.5 sec/1-2 times or until your desired consistency is achieved, I like it a little chunky as per photo.
Tip into a small bowl.
Serve immediately with fresh bread either sourdough or our Te Atatu Toasted Gluten Free bread.
If you are not serving immediately transfer into a sealable container for freshness and use within one week.
