Everyone will love the Gluten-free Crunchy Banana Bread – it's a new twist on a family favourite. Wick Nixon from Wicked Wellbeing has shared her Paleo Banana Cookies recipe – enjoy them straight out of the oven or freeze a batch so you can pop them in lunchboxes. Also great for lunchboxes is the Marshmallow Slice.

Delicious desserts
Some days just call out for a decadent dessert – if you want to spoil someone with a sweet treat, you can’t go wrong with one of these.
Our Peach and Passionfruit Cheesecake has an easy-to-make base incorporating or paleo-blend cereal and the filling is creamy peach-flavoured deliciousness. Then it’s topped with passionfruit curd.
Sticking with the peach theme, our Peach Cobbler only takes 20 minutes to cook and is divine served with cream, ice-cream or yoghurt.
New-season apples are flooding the supermarket shelves – we find the granny smith variety are the best for this Apple and Rhubarb Custard Crumble.
If you want a dessert that’s a little more sophisticated in style, check out these Coconut Panna Cotta. Not only do they look impressive and taste divine, they are also very low in sugar.
Snacks and slices
These recipes are great to fill up the baking tins at home, take to work or school or for a shared morning or afternoon tea.
Our Caramello Muesli Squares are not only gluten-free, they are also free from dairy, refined sugar free and nuts.
Another lunchbox favourite is our Gluten-free Ginger and Almond Slice. You can use pistachios instead of almonds if you prefer.
Chocolate and cranberry is always a winning combination – check out our Chocolate and Cranberry Muesli Slice featuring this delicious duo. You can use our paleo or gluten-free blend to make a gluten-free version.
Bliss balls make a great snack on the run – they are a tiny burst of energy in a mouthful. Or try our Pick Me Up Bliss Balls, with honey and nut butter. Our Crunchy Protein Balls are another option – enjoy the delicious combination of raisins, peanut butter and vanilla extract.
For a slightly more substantial snack, check out our Paleo Bars. These also work well as a breakfast bar on busy mornings.
Something savoury,
Moving away from the sweet treats, our Broccoli Salad is a great lunch option or dinner side dish. Or try this delicious Raw Energy Salad – even the health sceptics will be converted. For a yummy snack to serve with drinks, whip up the Gluten-Free Dukkah. It goes beautifully with a fresh ciabatta loaf.
